Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Subscription Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between 42 Creative Hub™ and you, the subscriber, concerning the provision of subscription-based digital products and consulting services. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms, in conjunction with our overarching Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable legal notices.
1. Scope of Subscription Services
42 Creative Hub™ offers subscription-based access to the following categories of digital products and consulting services:
Access to Premium Digital Content or Tools: This may include, but is not limited to, access to exclusive templates, digital resources, or proprietary software tools.
Recurring Consulting Sessions or Support: Provision of regular consulting sessions, advisory services, or ongoing support within a defined timeframe.
Membership Features, Online Courses, or Client Portals: Access to online learning platforms, membership communities, or dedicated client portals.
Subscription periods may be structured on a monthly, annual, or other recurring billing cycle, as explicitly specified at the point of purchase.
2. Billing and Payment Procedures
All subscription fees are denominated in Euro (€) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing Irish rate. Payment is due in advance at the commencement of each designated billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually). Accepted payment methods encompass major credit and debit cards, secure online payment via PayPal, and any other secure payment gateways explicitly presented during the checkout process. By initiating a subscription, the subscriber expressly authorises 42 Creative Hub™ to automatically charge the designated payment method on a recurring basis, corresponding to the selected subscription period.
3. Subscription Renewal Mechanism
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing cycle unless explicitly cancelled by the subscriber prior to the renewal date.
Subscribers will receive a renewal notification via electronic mail:
At least 3 days prior to the renewal date for monthly subscription plans.
At least 30 days prior to the renewal date for annual subscription plans.
Subscribers may manage their subscription renewal settings through their account dashboard on our platform or by contacting our customer support team.
4. Subscription Cancellation Policy
Subscribers retain the right to cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation may be effected through one of the following methods:
Self-service cancellation via the subscriber's account dashboard on our platform.
Direct communication with our customer support team via electronic mail at support@42creativehub.com.
Upon valid cancellation:
The subscriber's access to the subscription services will remain active until the conclusion of the then-current billing period.
42 Creative Hub™ does not provide refunds for any partial billing periods, except where explicitly required by applicable law.
Subscription access will be terminated at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied unless the subscriber elects to re-subscribe.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Statutory Cooling-Off Period)
Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), subscribers possess the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, this right is contingent upon the following conditions:
The subscriber has not accessed or utilised the digital content or services during the 14-day withdrawal period.
The subscriber has not explicitly waived their right of withdrawal by commencing the utilisation of the services (e.g., logging into the platform, downloading materials).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, subscribers must notify 42 Creative Hub™ of their intention to withdraw via electronic mail at support@42creativehub.com within the 14-day withdrawal window. Eligible subscribers will receive a full refund of the subscription fees.
6. Modification of Subscription Plans and Terms
42 Creative Hub™ reserves the right to modify or amend subscription plans, features, or pricing structures at its sole discretion. In the event of any material modifications:
Subscribers will receive a minimum of 30 days' advance notice of the impending changes, communicated via electronic mail or through the subscriber's account dashboard.
Subscribers retain the right to cancel their subscription prior to the effective date of the modifications.
Continued utilisation of the subscription services subsequent to the effective date of the modifications constitutes the subscriber's acceptance of the amended terms.
7. Termination of Subscription by 42 Creative Hub™
42 Creative Hub™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscriber's subscription under the following circumstances:
The subscriber's material breach of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable laws or regulations.
The occurrence of non-payment or persistent issues with the subscriber's designated billing method.
In the event of termination by 42 Creative Hub™, a pro-rated refund may be offered at our discretion, except in cases where termination is attributable to the subscriber's misuse of the services or fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Subscription Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights afforded to subscribers under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
