Services & Consultations

  • A typical consultation starts with a discovery call where we dive deep into your current workflows, challenges, and goals. Following this, we analyse your needs and develop a tailored strategy or system design. We then present our recommendations, which often includes a plan for implementation. Depending on the service, this might also include hands-on setup, training, and a follow-up session to ensure everything is running smoothly and answer any further questions.

  • Yes, we offer both! One-off sessions are perfect if you need help with a specific challenge, want an expert review of your current setup, or need focused training on a particular tool. For more in-depth transformations, ongoing system management, or continuous improvement, our long-term support packages provide dedicated assistance and partnership. We can discuss which option best suits your needs during an initial chat.

  • Before our first call, we’ll send you a short intake form to understand your goals. It’s helpful if you can list the tools you’re currently using, your top 2–3 challenges, and any materials you'd like to share (e.g. existing processes, screenshots, etc.).

Digital Systems & Tools

  • Yes, we often work to create systems that connect various platforms. We can leverage native integrations where available, and for more complex connections, we utilize tools like Zapier or Make. We can help you understand how Notion (or other core tools) can act as a central hub, interacting with your Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Squarespace site, and other essential tools to streamline your workflows.

  • That's perfectly fine! We often work with clients who are looking to either migrate from an existing platform or integrate their current tools more effectively. Our process involves understanding your current setup and helping you decide whether a migration, integration, or a hybrid approach is the best path forward for your goals.

  • We believe in providing both! Our primary focus is on strategy, design, and implementation to build powerful, integrated digital systems for you. However, we understand that ongoing technical support is vital, and we provide it directly for our core areas of expertise:

    • Notion: We offer hands-on technical support for your Notion workspace. This includes troubleshooting issues, helping with formulas and databases, assisting with customizations, and answering your 'how-to' questions to ensure you're using it effectively. For issues beyond our scope – such as platform-wide outages, core system bugs, or specific Notion account/billing problems – we will guide you in contacting Notion's official support team directly, as they have access to resolve those deeper issues.

    • Squarespace: We also provide direct technical support for the Squarespace websites we build or manage. We can help you with updates, troubleshoot site issues, implement changes, and ensure your website runs smoothly.

    For technical support related to any other platforms (like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.), we collaborate with our trusted partners. This ensures you receive specialized, expert help across your entire digital stack.

    We offer support throughout our projects and provide ongoing assistance through dedicated support or retainer packages for both Notion and Squarespace.

Notion Workspace

  • If you've purchased a Notion Template, you will receive an email shortly after your purchase containing a unique link. Simply open this link while logged into your Notion account, and click the "Duplicate" button (usually in the top-right corner). This will copy the template directly into your own Notion workspace, ready for you to use. If your purchase includes a Consultation or Setup Service where we build within Notion for you, we will typically invite you via email to join the workspace as a member or guest. Just click the link in the invitation email and log in with your Notion credentials.

  • Yes, you can absolutely modify the template to fit your personal or internal business needs after purchase! We encourage you to adapt pages, databases, and properties to your unique workflows.

    However, please remember that all materials included in this purchase are the property of 42 Creative Hub™ and are protected by European and International Copyright Laws. By purchasing, you agree that these templates are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

    This means while you are free to change them for your own use, you cannot copy, resell, reproduce, share, or distribute these templates (or any modified versions of them) to others without our express written permission. Unauthorized use or distribution is illegal and violates our terms and copyright law.

  • Yes, we do. While our templates come with instructions, we understand that sometimes a personal walkthrough can make all the difference. You can book a dedicated onboarding session as an add-on service when purchasing a template or at a later date. Some of our consultation packages also include these sessions.

Billing & Orders

  • For direct purchases made through our website or for our ongoing consultation services, you will receive your invoice via email shortly after completing your purchase or at the agreed-upon billing intervals. Please check your inbox (and spam folder). If you can't locate your invoice for these direct transactions, feel free to contact us, and we'll happily resend it.

    Important Note for Notion Marketplace Purchases: If you purchased any of our templates or products via the official Notion Marketplace, the entire billing and invoicing process is managed directly by Notion. For these purchases, you should refer to the invoicing and payment details provided by Notion through their platform, as explained in their "Sales via Notion Marketplace" policies.

  • Due to the digital nature of our templates and the time invested in consultation services, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is made or a service has been rendered. We encourage you to review all product descriptions and service details carefully before purchasing. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

  • We're thrilled you're looking to enhance your systems! Upgrading is simple. Just get in touch with us via email or our contact form, letting us know which package or additional services you're interested in. We'll discuss your needs and provide you with a custom proposal or a direct link to upgrade your plan.
