Rather than slide-led theory, this workshop is built around four working blocks:

  • List the AI tools actually in use across your company and place each one on the EU's four-tier risk scale.

  • Define your legal role for each tool and the specific obligations the AI Act attaches to it.

  • Fill in your Company AI Systems Register and draft your AI Acceptable Use Policy for staff and contractors.

  • Build a prioritised 90-day action plan and run a short AI Readiness self-audit with score and next steps.
