Rather than long lectures, this workshop focuses on doing:

  • List every AI tool in use and assign it to the correct EU risk tier (unacceptable, high, limited, minimal).

  • Define your role for each system and the exact duties the AI Act puts on your shoulders.

  • Create a draft AI Acceptable Use Policy and a Company AI Systems Register, both editable in Excel or Goole Sheets.

  • Build a personalised 90-day action plan, with priorities, owners, and evidence to show in case of audit.
