Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, 42 Creative Hub™ may forward it to the party who submitted the original infringement claim. If no objection is received from that party, the removed content may be reinstated.

5. User License to Submitted Content

By submitting content to our website, you hereby grant to 42 Creative Hub™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation of our website and business.
